Dr. Oetker retains Giants & Gentlemen

Food company Dr. Oetker Canada has hired Giants & Gentlemen of Toronto as its agency of record. The firm will develop marketing campaigns in support of Dr. Oetker's pizza and dessert brands, including Ristorante, Casa di Mama, Giuseppe, Tradizionale and Shirriff.
"The Dr. Oetker business in Canada has been very strong, and we are working towards an even brighter future," said Peter Macdonald, executive head of marketing at Dr. Oetker Canada. "As such, we were looking to set ourselves up for the next several years with a new strategy and creative partner. We picked G&G because they have a combination of solid strategic thinking and a fresh, powerful creative approach. The icing on the cake was how incredibly well our two cultures align."
