Trader Corporation readies Dealer Drive application
Trader Corporation of Toronto has formed an agreement with Dealer Drive of Australia intended to streamline the process of conducting customer test drives. The new system is aimed at automotive retailers and original equipment manufacturers. According to the company, it will provide analytical services based on data collected during the test drive process. Using a mobile application, dealership staff can enter data into a tablet or smartphone during a test drive. The system also assists dealers respond to customer feedback and monitor the effectiveness of a test drive.
