Bond Brand Loyalty promotes Bakula

Bond Brand Loyalty of Toronto has promoted Morana Bakula to the position of vice-president of customer experience. She will continue to lead the agency's customer experience staff. Bakula joined the agency in 2012 as a learning strategist and became director of customer experience in 2015. She has also worked at KPMG Canada, Fifth P Solutions and State Farm Insurance.
