New editor-in-chief at Reader's Digest

Reader's Digest Canada of Montreal has promoted Dominique Ritter to the position of editor-in-chief. She will begin work on May 1. Ritter was most recently executive editor of the magazine. Prior to joining the company in 2011, she was an editor at Spafax, The Canadian Encyclopedia and Adbusters. Outgoing editor-in-chief Robert Goyette is retiring after 30 years with the magazine.
Deputy editor Stéphanie Verge has been promoted to the position of executive editor. Prior to joining the magazine in 2011, she was at Toronto Life.
