New president and general manager at T1

Toronto-based sponsorship agency T1 has promoted Nithya Ramachandran to the position of president and chief strategy officer. She joined the company last year as vice-president of brand strategy and communications at its MH3 Collective division. She was most recently interim general manager and head of strategy and creative at T1. Ramachandran was also a co-founder of Sidekick, vice-president of strategy and integration at National Public Relations and an account director at Edelman.
Liz Rose has been promoted to the position of general manager of T1. She was formerly vice-president of client engagement. Prior to joining the agency five years ago, she held a series of positions at Bond Brand Loyalty.
