Weber Shandwick adds one, promotes one

Weber Shandwick of Montreal has hired Marie-Eve Noël as an account director in its consumer marketing department. Noël was previously an account director and senior consultant at Torchia Communications. She was also a freelance reporter and a translator.

Yasmany Morales has been promoted to the position of account manager in its integrated media department. He joined the agency in 2016. Prior to that, he was a digital project manager at National Public Relations. Morales has also worked at Hashtag Media.
