Tim Hortons begins Timbits Talks promotion

Tim Hortons has begun an online promotion tied to its Timbits Minor Sports Program. Called "Timbits Talks," the promotion consists of a series of online videos depicting conversations between children participating in the program and professional athletes. The first video features Jonathan Osorio of the Toronto FC and a child named Ben who plays in the Timbits Soccer program. The videos will be posted to the Tim Hortons YouTube channel.

"Making a positive impact in the communities where Tim Hortons restaurants are located continues to be a top priority for us," said David Clanachan, president and chief operating officer of Tim Hortons Canada. "We launched the Timbits Minor Sports Program in 1982, and because of our dedicated restaurant owners, soccer club representatives, and parents and participants, this program continues to grow each and every year."
