CARF SEMINAR

The Canadian Advertising Research Foundation will host a seminar on Nov. 21 in Toronto focusing on advertising reach and frequency. Keynote speakers are UK-based McDonald Research president Colin McDonald and New-York based Ephron Papazian & Ephron principal Erwin Ephron. There will also be a 20 minute review of the industry's latest media model for resolving the frequency and recency issues.
