Cook becomes president of Rivet

Andrea Cook has been appointed president of Toronto-based Rivet. She will work to advance the agency's customer relationship marketing, digital and data-based marketing services. Cook was most recently a senior vice-president and national business lead at Cossette. Prior to that, she was a senior vice-president and managing director at Proximity Worldwide. She was also a group account director at Grey Canada and Rapp Collins.
"Rivet is uniquely positioned as a leader in data-based strategy and communications combined with a deep digital acumen," said Cook. "I will be focused on continuing to deliver results for our roster of clients while building on the tools and talent that exist today."
Rivet is subsidiary of FCB Canada. Its clients include CIBC, Janssen U.S., Purolator, the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation and Nestlé.
