Hill&Knowlton Strategies adds two, promotes one

Hill&Knowlton Strategies has hired Shaun Poole as a senior account director in Vancouver. He was most recently client service director at the agency's Istanbul office and regional director at the firm's Nairobi office.
Mark Rawlinson has joined the agency's Toronto office as associate creative director. He was most recently creative group head at Bimm Direct & Digital. He has also been a senior art director at Bimm, Proximity and DDB Rapp Collins.
Allison Dewhirst has been promoted to the position of senior account director, also in Toronto. She joined the agency in 2007 as an assistant consultant and has since been a consultant, a senior consultant and an account director.
