Hill&Knowlton Strategies promotes four, adds four

Hill&Knowlton Strategies has recently hired four new staff members and promoted four others. Pat Beauchamp has joined the agency's Ottawa office as an account director in its engagement and research group. Evan Davies has joined the Toronto office as a copywriter on the national creative staff. He was most recently a freelance copywriter. Morgan Cates has been hired in Toronto as an account director in the healthcare communications department. She was previously a senior consultant at Environics Communications. Leslie Greenberg has been appointed vice-president of healthcare communications in Toronto. Greenberg was previously senior vice-president for national health at Weber Shadwick.

The agency has promoted three staff members in Toronto. Colin Smillie has been promoted to vice-president of digital communications and engagement strategies. Natasha Parnanzone has been promoted to consumer marketing account director. Zack Sandor-Kerr has been promoted to the position of director of the recently-formed H&K SJR content marketing agency in Canada. Jim Rutkowski has been promoted to vice-president of public and corporate affairs in the agency's Victoria office.
