Hill&Knowlton Strategies promotes Rutkowski

Hill&Knowlton Strategies has promoted Jim Rutkowski from account director to senior account director in the integrated communications and public affairs department at its Victoria, BC office. Rutkowski joined the agency a year ago from GCI Group, where he was an associate. Prior to that, he was communications director and then chief of staff to the Leader of the Official Opposition in British Columbia.
