Hill&Knowlton Strategies hires two, promotes two

Hill&Knowlton Strategies of Toronto has hired Natasha Parnanzone as a senior consultant. She was most recently a senior consultant at GCI Canada. Meg Stoudt has joined the agency as a consultant. Kelsey Strickland has been promoted from assistant consultant to marketing communications consultant. Cassie Prosper has been promoted to senior consultant in the technology communications group.
