Apex promotes Stein

Apex PR of Toronto has promoted Jennifer Stein to the position of vice-president. She joined the agency seven years ago and was most recently an account director. Stein has also been a senior consultant at Temple Scott Associates and a consultant at Alchemy Public Relations and BenchMark PorterNovelli.

Cole Douglas has joined Apex as an account coordinator. He was previously an intern at the agency.
