Hill&Knowlton Strategies promotes Rowsell

Hill&Knowlton Strategies Canada has promoted Craig Rowsell to the position of vice-president and group leader of procurement and trade services. He will lead that practice from the agency's Ottawa office. Rowsell joined Hill&Knowlton as a senior associate in 2011. Prior to that, he was director general for advocacy and industrial benefits at the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency.
