New communications director at Canadian Olympic Committee

The Canadian Olympic Committee has appointed Carl Vallée to the position of executive director of communications. He will begin work on April 6. Vallée has spent the last four years as press secretary for Prime Minister Stephen Harper. Prior to that, he spent six years in other government communications positions, including deputy press secretary.
