Hill&Knowlton Strategies adds two

Hill&Knowlton Strategies has hired Sophia Tupper as an assistant consultant in its Vancouver office. She will focus on event management and media relations. Tupper was most recently a social media account executive at Peak Communicators. She has also worked at Strellson and CityEvents. Phil Scanlon has joined the agency's Ottawa office as a consultant in its public engagement and research group.
