Cieslok Media buys assets of Clarity Outdoor Media

Toronto-based out-of-home media company Cieslok Media has purchased the assets of Clarity Outdoor Media, also based in Toronto. The Toronto assets include two billboards along the Gardiner Expressway near Exhibition Place, one of which can display full-motion video. Another Toronto installation is a building wrap with a digital display at the intersection of Spadina Ave. and Dundas St. The agreement also includes a digital display in downtown Vancouver.

"The growth plans for Cieslok over the next few years are aggressive, with digital and new technologies, partnered with additional strategic acquisitions, at the forefront of plans," said Jörg Cieslok, president and CEO of Cieslok Media. "Building our inventory in major markets where there is high demand and low inventory will also be pivotal in our growth plans. This strategic acquisition was an opportunity for us to increase our presence in the downtown Toronto core and procure the only digital video boards available on the Gardiner Expressway and along the Spadina corridor."
