Faulhaber Communications expands

Faulhaber Communications of Toronto has expanded its services into the United States. Shannon de Laat has been promoted to consulting director of Faulhaber's United States operations, based in New York. She is also the founder and principal of SdL PR Group.

The firm has also launched a creative services department, specializing in branded content, video production and graphic design. Vahid Tizhouch has been appointed vice-president of the department. He was most recently director of art buying at Sid Lee. Prior to that, he was senior marketing manager at Aldo Group, marketing director at Lasalle College Group and the founder of Planete Claire Agency.

Lexi Pathak has been promoted to the position of director of the agency. She joined the agency in 2010 as public relations manager. Prior to that, she worked at CBC, Phase 4 Films and Muse Entertainment.

"The industry has evolved from when I launched my business over 13 years ago but the key to success remains the same," said agency president and CEO Christine Faulhaber. "Understanding the essence of a brand's architecture and knowing the best way to communicate it. With our expanded offerings we can provide our clients with a comprehensive 360 degree program that hits all the targets and gets attention in all the right places."

Faulhaber has also redesigned its website at <http://www.faulhabercommunications.com>. The site makes use of a mobile-friendly design and is intended to be easier to navigate. It offers information about the agency's new services, as well as a blog. It was designed by Hybrid Pulse of Montreal.
