Le Chateau hires Faulhaber Communications

Appael retail chain Le Chateau has retained Faulhaber Communications of Toronto as its communications agency of record. The firm won the account in a request-for-proposals process. The assignment consists of communications support for the chain’s 133 stores in Canada, as well as its online store. The agency will work to raise awareness of the brand nationally through media relations, influencer activities and other forms of promotion. It will also participate in the development of a new loyalty program for the chain.
“Faulhaber’s previous work in the fashion industry and their hands-on, entrepreneurial and insights-driven approach to building brand awareness drew us to the agency,” said Franco Rocchi, executive vice-president at Le Chateau. “The team understood our commitment to delivering quality products to our consumers and formulated a plan that supported our vision with a focus on digital-led strategies.”
