Oak Leaf Productions readies Virtual Woodworking Show
By Adnews Staff

Event management company Oak Leaf Productions is preparing an online consumer event called the Virtual Woodworking Show. The free digital event will take the place of the physical Toronto, Woodstock, Ottawa and Hamilton Woodworking Shows the company conducts annually. It will take place from Nov. 6 to 8 at <https://www.woodshows.com>. The company describes the effort as the first consumer show of its kind in North America. It will include a range of presentations and seminars with woodworking personalities.
“Although it is always preferable to engage face-to-face in this industry, a virtual show has some real benefits,” said Gina Downes, show manager at Oak Leaf Productions. “We can get more global companies with distributors in Canada. We can fit more people at one time into a booth, in a seminar or at the main stage. Also, we can get in some of the most popular industry influencers and handy people from around the world to do seminars and presentations at our event.”
