Hill&Knowlton Strategies adds three in Toronto

Hill&Knowlton Strategies has recently added three staff members to its Toronto office. Cathleen Finlay has joined the agency as a consultant. She was most recently a constituency assistant to Toronto city councillor Karen Stintz. Prior to that, she was at CTV. Lauren Frisch has been hired as an assistant consultant. She was previously an account coordinator at Brand Building Communications in New York. Dominique Dorais has also joined the Toronto office as a consultant. She was previously a consultant at the agency's Montreal office.
