Dougserge&Partners, Soshal form agreement

Dougserge&Partners of Toronto has formed an agreement with Ottawa-based digital agency Soshal, which specializes in web-based, social media and mobile initiatives. According to the firms, the agreement formalizes a previous arrangement by which they jointly provided services to clients including Bell Media, the Government of Ontario, the Toronto Catholic District School Board and York University. As part of the agreement, Soshal will open a Toronto office at Dougserge&Partners' location.
"We've had a virtual presence in Toronto for the last two years and our business here accounts for nearly 40 percent of our revenue," said Soshal CEO Dave Hale. "Our alliance with DS&P will allow us to plant some physical roots, grow our team, strengthen our current client relationships, and develop new opportunities within the city."
