Mood Media adds two to board

Toronto-based Mood Media has appointed Gary Shenk and David Richards to its board as independent directors. Shenk is the chief executive officer of Corbis, a company specializing in digital content and licensing. He has also been president and senior vice-president of the company. Prior to that, Shenk was the founder of FlixMix, a licensing subsidiary of Universal Pictures. Richards is the president and managing director of investment firm Network Capital Management. He has also been a partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen.
