New chief financial officer at Mood Media

Mood Media of Toronto has appointed Thomas Garrett to the position of executive vice-president and chief financial officer. He was most recently executive vice-president and CFO at Caregiver Services. Prior to that, Garrett was executive vice-president and CFO at Precision Response. He was also senior vice-president and CFO at Portrait Corporation of America and executive vice-president and COO at Churchill Mortgage. He has also worked at Goodyear and Arthur Andersen.
