Influitive holds first Bammies awards

Influitive of Toronto conducted its first annual Bammies awards this week, recognizing achievement in business-to-business marketing campaigns. Software company Bomgar received the Advocate Marketing Program of the Year award, while Liz Richardson, social media manager at Bomgar, was named Advocate Marketer of the Year. Act-On Software won the award for Best Referral Program. Cisco Systems won the award for Best Content and Social Engagement. ServiceNow won the Best Use of Advocates at an Event award. DocuSign won the Best Product Review Campaign award. Oracle Eloqua won the Best Advocate Experience award. Ceridian won the Big Bam Business Impact award.

"The Bammies recognize visionary marketers and celebrate their incredible success in adapting to the stark new reality of B2B sales," said Influitive CEO Mark Organ. "Buyers just don't want to be sold. They are instead making decisions based on the advice and recommendation of their peers. The 2013 BAMMIES winners and runners up have transformed their marketing and sales initiatives to meet these challenges by connecting buyers directly to their biggest fans, advocates and evangelists."
