Casgrain joins SiriusXM board

Toronto-based satellite radio company SiriusXM Canada has appointed Timothy Casgrain to its board of directors. He replaces Suzanne Morris as CBC/Radio-Canada's nominee to the board. Casgrain is a consultant to aviation company Skyservice Investments. From 2007 to 2012, he was chairman of CBC/Radio Canada. He has also been executive vice-president of Brookfield Asset Management and president and CEO of NBS Technologies.
