LUCKMAN OPENS CANADIAN OFFICE

Luckman Interactive of Los Angeles will open a Canadian sales office next month in Mississauga, Ont. to provide more support for its Internet software in Canada. The office will be fully owned by Luckman Interactive. Advertising for Luckman in Canada will be handled in-house. The software company's products are distributed in Canada through Ingram Micro and Merisel, and are available at retail outlets here such as Business Depot, Computer City, Computer Business Centre, Future Shop, London Drugs and Crazy Irving. Luckman's products include Web Commander, which lets users create Web sites, and Net Commander, which is an Internet package. Luckman's Official Interactive World Wide Web Yellow Pages is a Web site directory available for the Internet. ISP Connect is an electronic registration system for Internet service providers.
