Website roundup

TC Media has launched a new automotive website at AutoGo.ca. The site is aimed at consumers intended to buy a new or used vehicle. It offers a tool that allows visitors to search for cars in various lifestyle categories, such as family, luxury, sport or student. It draws on a database of approximately 70,000 vehicles for sale at 1,400 dealers in Canada. The site also offers original editorial content in English and French, including reviews, news and opinions. "At TC Media, we are recognized for creating high-quality content through our leading media brands, and for being very close to the communities and markets we serve," said Bruno Leclaire, senior vice-president of digital solutions at TC Media. "AutoGo.ca represents another way for us to engage our consumers through relevant content and provide targeted local car listings that will echo their lifestyle. We are confident that AutoGo.ca will become the automotive reference in Canada, with the same trade-mark editorial quality that has made TC Media's reputation over the years."

ZoomerMedia of Toronto has launched a new website at Everythingzoomer.com. The lifestyle site offers a collection of content aimed at Canadians over the age of 45, drawn from the company's print property Zoomer Wire and its social media services Zoomer Connect and Zoomer Dating. The site has been designed to be responsive to viewers using desktop computers, tablets or mobile devices. "Our intention, and my prediction, is that Everythingzoomer.com will quickly become the default home page for baby boomers," said company founder Moses Znaimer.
