New Canadian advertising vice-president at Microsoft Advertising

Microsoft Advertising has appointed Carlos de Torres to the position of vice-president of advertising and online in Canada. He was most recently the country manager for Microsoft Advertising in Spain. He joined the company in 2010 as original equipment manufacturers lead. Prior to that, del Torres spent eight years at Telefónica Group and five years at TPI and AOL.
