Kanetix hires The Brand Factory

Online financial services comparison website Kanetix has retained The Brand Factory of Toronto as its advertising agency of record. The firm won the account in a competitive review process. It is now working on a rebranding initiative and an accompanying digital and print ad campaign. The new branding is intended to portray Kanetix as an "advocate for choice" in financial services. The campaign creative focuses on the trust that consumers can put in the information from the site and uses the tagline, "Smarter, faster, friendlier." The campaign will run until the end of November. "In the digital world, Kanetix is the top-ranked online comparison site for insurance quotes, mortgage rates and credit cards," said agency president Joseph Sulpizi. "We were excited by the opportunity to help rebrand this digital powerhouse to build on their strengths and boost their consumer awareness in print as well as online."
