Transplant Quebec, the organization that coordinated the organ donation process in that province, has redesigned its website at TransplantQuebec.ca. The new site, developed by Agence Braque of Montreal, features an interface that is intended to be more user-friendly and contains information for the general public and health care professionals.
Montreal-based photo album company PhotoInPress has released a new online service called FriendStrip that allows users to create and share personalized comic strips. Users can select from a library of stories and then import photographs of themselves and their friends to play the roles in the strip. The service can be accessed through a smartphone application or online at <http://www.friendstrip.com>. "It's a challenge to surprise a friend with a unique gift," said Stephane Menard, president of PhotoInPress. "FriendStrip not only offers high quality scenarios that you can act out with your friends, but it also allows you to show how much your friends mean to you in a creative way."
