Hill&Knowlton Strategies hires one, promotes one

Hill&Knowlton Strategies Canada of Toronto has appointed Cathy Worden to the position of vice-president of its public affairs unit. She was previously chief of staff at the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development & Innovation and the Ontario Ministry of Energy. Worden was also a senior advisor on economic and infrastructure policy to Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty. She has also worked at Industry Canada and Natural Resources Canada. Vice-president Jen Koster has been promoted to leader of the Toronto marketing communications group.
