Belinda Stronach Foundation promotes One Laptop Per Child

The Belinda Stronach Foundation has released a public service announcement promoting the One Laptop Per Child initiative in Canada. The program works to provide laptop computers to Aboriginal children between the ages of six and 12 living in rural, remote and urban communities. The 30-second television commercial features clips of recipients using their laptops and endorsements from personalities including Gene Simmons, Adam Beach, Shauna and Shannon Baker, Scott Thomas, Divine Brown, David Henrie and Dakota House. The ad, developed by Channel 500, has been released nationally and is currently airing on Shaw Cable networks and CHCH. It has also been posted to various social media websites.
