OCAD University in Toronto has signed an agreement with Montreal-based Zoom Media to operate billboard advertising on its campus. This is the first time the school has formed such an agreement with an out-of-home media company. The ad displays will be installed in time for the start of the 2012-2013 school year. The contract will last for three years. "We see this partnership as win-win-win," said Deanne Fisher, associate vice-president of students at OCAD University. "Not only does it bring in a much-needed stream of revenue to help us support our students, but the Zoom frames provide us with a very effective means of getting our own messages across." OCAD University is an art and design school with approximately 4,000 students.
