AXMITH MCINTYRE WICHT DEBUTS CIBC WORK

Axmith McIntyre Wicht of Toronto launched its first campaign last week for CIBC Wood Gundy of Toronto. The campaign uses full-page ads in The Globe and Mail, The Financial Post and La Presse. The headline on the first ad says, "Your Wood Gundy Financial Consultant Has Already Read This Newspaper." A coffee ring and crumbs are on the page, making it look as if the consultant has actually read that person's paper. TV and outdoor advertising may be used in the future. Axmith McIntyre Wicht won the CIBC Wood Gundy business in June in a competition with four other agencies.
