FGL Sports signs endorsement deal with Brett Lawrie

Toronto-based FGL Sports has formed an endorsement agreement with professional baseball player Brett Lawrie of the Toronto Blue Jays. Lawrie will represent the company's sports equipment retail chains Sport Chek, Sports Experts and National Sports. The agreement will begin with an autograph signing event in Toronto today. "Sport Chek is focused on inspiring Canadians to live healthy, active lives," said Michael Medline, president of FGL Sports. "With Brett Lawrie's obvious dedication to fitness and dedication to his sport, this partnership is the right fit. Working together, Sport Chek and Brett will help inspire Canadians of all fitness levels to find their personal best."
