Digital agency Blast Radius has appointed Steven Harmer to the position of general manager of its Toronto office. He has spent 10 years working for the company, most recently as executive vice-president of customer experience. He has worked in Toronto, Vancouver and New York on accounts including Nike, Starbucks, Citibank, BMW, Research in Motion and Cox Communications.
