Conair Consumer Products retains Praxis

Conair Consumer Products of Woodbridge, ON has hired Toronto-based Praxis to handle communications and public relations for its Conair and Cuisinart product lines. Praxis won the account after an agency search involving an unknown number of firms. The Conair line consists of hair care and styling appliances, while the Cuisinart line includes small kitchen appliances as well as cookware, bakeware and kitchen accessories. The assignment includes public relations, marketing communications and social media programs. "Praxis impressed us with their creative and strategic thinking, as well as their strong experience in personal care brands and culinary appliances," said J. Clem MacMullin, assistant general manager at Conair Consumer Products. "Their approach to our business set them apart from the competition and they made a great impression on us. Their team of energetic and passionate professionals convinced us that together we can build solid communications programs that will resonate with Canadians."
