Newfoundland International Motorsports has hired Group of Seven Media of Toronto as the national representative of the Targa Newfoundland international automobile rally. The agency will represent the annual one-hour television program about the historical vehicle event that airs on TSN. "We look forward to the unique expertise that [Group of Seven] will bring to our media sales," said Robert Giannou, organizer of the event. "The group's knowledge of integrated sales, product placement and sponsorships, as well as sports marketing, will be a tremendous asset to our marketing efforts." The event will also continue to operate its in-house sponsorship division.
