Country Style resumes Turn Up A Winner contest

Toronto-based coffee shop chain Country Style has resumed its annual "Turn Up A Winner" contest promotion in Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island. During the six-week promotion, consumers can check under the rims of hot beverage cups for a chance to instantly win one of approximately four million prizes, including trips to Cuba, electronics, fitness club memberships and Country Style products. The grand prize is a lump sum cash payment of one million dollars, which can only be won by collecting from contest cups the four words "Nothing beats Country Style." The promotion is being supported with national radio advertising, special packaging, social media activities, public relations and in-store materials. The marketing campaign was developed by Rennick, Hoppe & Associates/Rennick Marketing Solutions and Catalyst 4 Media Marketing, with media relations, media co-promotions and special events manages by The Siren Group. "Our 'Turn Up A Winner' promotion has always generated great response with consumers and we're thrilled to offer it again this year with the added incentive of having one million dollars as our grand prize cash giveaway, something that has never been done before in Canada," said Rita McParland, marketing vice-president at Country Style. Country Style is owned by MTY Group.
