Ngai joins Rivet

Toronto-based relationship marketing agency Rivet has hired Margaret Ngai as director of data and technology. She was previously director of digital solutions at The Marketing Store. Ngai has also worked at Bell West, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and SynreVoice Technologies.
