Starcom MediaVest promotes Carelli

Starcom MediaVest Group of Toronto has promoted Randy Carelli to the position of vice-president and group account director. Since 2008, he has been group account director of the agency's Kellogg, Nintendo and Beam Brands accounts. Prior to that, Carelli was a category brand manager at Diageo Canada.
