Canada Post conducts film festival postcard promotion

Canada Post has begun a promotion tied to the Toronto International Film Festival. Until Sept. 22, consumers can use a mobile application to create photographs of themselves in festival-themed frames and send them to others in the form of printed postcards. "Postcards have always been a way to mark a special trip or occasion, but this app puts you in the picture," said John Swettenham, general manager of marketing at Canada Post. "This is a unique way for the festival-goer to easily share something cool with friends or relatives by regular mail." The application is available at <http://www.canadapost.ca/mobile>.
