Online publication Torontoist.com is preparing to unveil a new design intended to offer easier navigation and better readability. The site will also include a new logo with approximately 20 variations incorporating iconic images of Toronto. Other enhancements will include TTC service alerts, an Editor's Picks section and quick links to breaking stories. "We've attempted to keep things familiar, simple, and useful," said publisher Ken Hunt. "Torontoist's editorial content has always been great, but our design was not as inviting or modern as it should have been. With the relaunch, our design now meets the high standards set by our editorial content." Torontoist specializes in stories about news, arts, events, culture, transit, politics, photography, public spaces and food in Toronto. It is published by St. Joseph Media.
