Yellow Tail breaks out-of-home campaign

Winery Yellow Tail has begun an out-of-home advertising campaign, developed by Wild on Media of Toronto. The initiative uses a combination of video billboards, wall projections, text messaging and social media activities. The advertising displays make use of text messages and social media functions to interact with viewers, who can send messages to the ads to be displayed to others. The eight-week campaign will run in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Montreal and Halifax. "We can see the day when we'll have people in Halifax sending messages to Vancouver via our billboards," said George Christidis, president of Wild On Media. "We already have a number of promotional ideas ready to present to clients."
