AOL Canada promotes Spinner.ca

AOL Canada's music website Spinner.ca has begun an advertising campaign in Toronto in support of an upcoming concert by Devo and Men Without Hats. The eight-week campaign includes billboard and video board ads at Yonge and Dundas Square, as well as a booth at the concert and an online contest that encourages consumers to share Spinner.ca content through social networking sites. "We've really expanded our creative wings for 17th year of NXNE and cannot wait to see it all come together," said Laura Pearce, director of marketing at AOL Canada. "AOL is in great company partnering with one of the most innovative social marketing sites, Shweet.com and being a part of the largest music festival the city sees in one of the busiest spots in Toronto."
