David McDougall has joined Wild On Media of Toronto as a communications consultant. He was previously president of McDougall & Associates. Lynn Wee has joined the agency's Vancouver office as an operations manger. She was previously director of media at Emmett Dunlap Jr Enterprises. Jerry Ti has also been hired as an operations manager in Vancouver.
