Hay joins National

National Public Relations has appointed Brian Hay to the position of manager and head of its Aboriginal Affairs practice. He was most recently director and special advisor for First Nations and Métis relations at the Ontario Power Authority. He was also executive director of the Mid-Canada Development Foundation.
