Intact Insurance breaks new campaign

Intact Insurance has begun a new advertising campaign to promote its 24-hour claims service. The national campaign, which uses the tagline, "You're back," seeks to convey the idea that insurance is about people rather than things. It includes television, print and online advertising. The creative depicts various people experiencing small moments of pleasure or satisfaction. "The new ads reflect our commitment to offering an outstanding experience," said Monika Federau, the company's vice-president of marketing and brand development. "When customers contact us after an incident, we ensure a seamless transition back to their 'now.'"
